Custom Paint Your Ford Ranger Rear Bar

Wanting to transform the look of your Ranger? Transform the Bars with a simple and sleek matte black finish or change to a unique colour of your choice!

AutoFlare has the unique ability to custom paint your Rear Bar Cover in our workshop in North Rocks NSW. Using one of the worlds leading paint manufactures, Spies Hecker, we are able to ensure a quality paint finish on your new stylish painted Roll Bar!

AutoFlare using the following process to ensure an excellent adhesion:

1) Thoroughly rub/ scourer the roll bars

2) Apply etch primer to metal surface

3) Apply Wet-On-Wet Primer

4) Apply Colour Ground Coat

5) Apply Clear / Matte / Satin Topcoat to finish.

As our painting process uses automotive paint, it is not scratch proof. When placing items on Roll Bar, always ensure the use of some padding protection between the item and Roll Bar (this will help avoid damaging the painted Roll Bar).

Fitment: To ensure a quality paint finish we only paint the part/s off the car. If you are not confident with the removal (and re-fit) of the Roll Bars, AutoFlare offers removal and refit of parts (at additional cost to painting).
